How does the logo design process works?
Choose a Package
1. Complete a brief a logo design questionnaire to understand expectation and vision
2. We will contact you to discuss the scope of your project, then an initial payment is received for the logo design.
3. Once your payment is received, we will begin developing your logo.
Your First Draft will be delivered 3-7 business to your email for review to provide feedback
4. Choose the best logo fit your company and provide on colors, fonts, and the style of selected logo.
5. Any additional revision outside the logo package requirements will be charge $25 per revision.
6. Consult with Designer or Project Manager to express your potential changes
7. Turnaround time logo revision may take up to 24-72hrs depending on amount revisions per the package you chose.
8. Once you approve your final logo, we will email you final logo in jpeg, pdf, and vector file formats which are appropriate for use the web, print, or apparel.
What is your refund policy?
Our team works diligently to assure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services.
In the event that we do not meet your expectations GrizzBrand provides a fair refund policy.
If no design or production has begun, GrizzBrand will refund the total payment made.(Note there made be process fee include with refund.)
If production has begun and you are not satisfied with your logo or design the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation of any project after the presentation of the 1st set of design comps will result in a — refund.
Cancellation of any project after the 1st to 3rd round of revisions will result in a 40% refund.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
1) If the client approves preliminary logo comps or final logo/illustration designs.
2) If the client decides to terminate GrizzBrand services after production has begun without written notice or reason.
3) If the organization GrizzBrand is developing a logo design for closes, changes its name, or their activity.
4) If the client has decided to change the entire requirement of the contracted project scope.
5) If the client requests entirely new set of concepts (a redraw) after the initial concepts or comps have been presented.
6) If the client misrepresents itself and is not a non-competing small business but is a design company or entity which represents its own clients which contracts design services of any type.
7) If the client does not communicate with GrizzBrand for more than 1 month (30 days). 8) If the client hires another design firm or artist to work on the same logo design project at the same time as contracted with GrizzBrand.
We are providing a service to our customers and not a tangible product. Once a design package that has been purchased from our website, (regardless of the package) GrizzBrand does not offer full refunds. As stated above a “kill fee” or service and processing fee will be assessed. Note: All refunds must be requested within 7 business days after the first comp or revised draft in order to be considered for a refund.
HOW REFUND AMOUNTS WILL BE TRANSFERRED
Client who issued payment using a credit card will have their refund transferred back to their credit or debit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on the account.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes, we partner with print vendors offering small digital printing services for business cards, postcards, flyer or brochure.
How long does it take to complete my design?

Who will be managing my Project?
You will be greeted by a Project Manager to help manage your project.
Who are your designers?
Your primary designer is Karhan. He has 12 yrs or more experience in the graphic and web design industry.
Do you provide web hosting?
Yes, we provide the best web hosting services to host your website.
What content management system you use for building website?
We use WordPress as are primary Content Management System to build and manage websites.
Do you modify code with the website packages?
Yes, we do modify HTML and CSS code within WordPress website theme and platform .
What is the payment process?
Once you’ve selected a design project you will then fill out a “project questionnaire,” and a Project Manager will get back to you. You will then make a 50% down payment through Paypal to begin work.
Do you write or edit content for my project?
Yes, we do offer copy-writing, editing and proofing services to help organize your content for web and print. Note: Additional fee for Content writing services will be added to your project.
